Cedric Brown

Cedric Brown writes and publishes short form fiction, creative nonfiction, and poetry. His work is also included in Blacktino Queer Performance, Outwrite DC, Africa Is a Country, and The Road Before Us: 100 Black Gay Poets. Brown is the founder of the Jacobs/Jones African American Literary Prize, sponsored by the North Carolina Writers’ Network, and co-founder of the Randall Kenan Prize for Black LGBTQ Fiction, sponsored by Lambda Literary. He lives in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, USA.
